How we handle agent, applicant, and consumer information.

Black Label Leads is the agent facing brand of Mussman Enterprise, an Oklahoma company. We sell exclusive insurance leads to licensed agents. Our consumer brand, National Coverage Group, operates the quote websites where consumers request quotes. Consumers are covered by the National Coverage Group Privacy Policy at https://nationalcoveragegroup.com/privacy.html.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Consumers who request a quote on nationalcoveragegroup.com may receive one confirmation text per request from National Coverage Group. Message frequency: one message per quote request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email blacklabelleads@gmail.com. Agents who create an account may receive service texts about their own account and lead alerts. Message and data rates may apply, and STOP works the same way.
Application and account data: name, email, phone, NPN, license states, vertical selections, and coverage preferences. Billing is handled by Stripe and we do not store full card numbers. Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and portal usage.
To verify your producer license against national registries; to review applications and manage your account; to route leads by your filters; to bill your subscription; to send you service communications such as lead alerts, billing notices, and account notices; to introduce you to consumers assigned to you (your name, photo, license number, and callback number appear in that introduction, as described in the Agent Terms of Service); and to comply with law.
We do not sell agent data. Your NPN is public professional information used for verification only and is never marketed. We use service providers to run the business: payment processing, hosting and database, email and message delivery, and analytics, each limited to providing services to us. We disclose information where required by law or to enforce our terms.
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account exists plus the period required for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. We use encrypted transmission and access controls. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, subject to records we are required to keep, at blacklabelleads@gmail.com.
